Why demand for housing in Kilifi is on the rise Factories, road infrastructure and other industries are increasing the demand for housing in Kilifi county, real estate developers in the region have said. Investors in the county said the majority of factories that have been set up in the region have provided employment to thousands of people. Therefore, the demand for housing is also going up in the area, making Mtwapa, Kikambala, Vipingo and Kilifi towns some of the rapidly growing regions of the county. The 40.4-kilometre Mtwapa - Kwa Kadzengo - Kilifi Road whose construction was launched by President William Ruto last November 19, is also taking shape, gradually opening up the region. According to the 2009 census, Kilifi county had a population of 1.5 million people, coming closely after Mombasa’s two million people. LIFE PLAN

Image
Remember when we were younger, and people used to ask us what we wanted to be when we grew up? It may seem silly to ask an eight-year-old what they hope to do with their life. Ready, set, go. What Is Life Planning? (A Definition) I have a question for you, dear reader. What do you want to be when you grow up? I won’t be upset if you rolled your eye...

It also helps you build wealth over time by increasing your assets and reducing debt obligations. Many benefits come with investing in real estate, including low risk and high returns! It’s a good investment for the long, short, and medium terms. Real estate is a great way to build your wealth over time by purchasing properties that are in high demand with low supply.  You can also get income from rental properties if you rent them out and make sure that these are also in high demand with low supply. The best thing about investing in real estate is that it allows you to diversify your portfolio without having too much equity exposure at any given point of time because there may be fluctuations or declines in prices due to external factors such as interest rates changing overnight or poli...
