Image
The Genesis of Pure & Delightful Joy   A story is said of a man who build an entire city single-handedly, what we are not told though in this story is the fact that, the said city was build from a dream, vision, commitment and partnership with the residents. Back in 2018, a dream was born by the slopes of Mua Hills, a few minutes drive from Koma Hills off Kangundo Road and only 1.3km off Koma-Kenol Road. 7 Life Lessons You Can Learn From An Ant

“ What can an ant teach me ?” I hear you ask. You’d be surprised. Generally, the easiest way to live life is to learn from others’ past failures and accomplishments. Unless you are paid to respond to Facebook messages and Twitter updates within the hour, then more important activities should precede your level of engagement with social media. Unless of course, part of your goals incorporate

The minute you take your focus off your customer and make it more about your numbers, your client will feel the shift.  *Step 1: Identify the decision makers*  Over 40% of sales reps say prospecting is the most difficult part of the sales process, and even the best sales pitch doesn't amount to much if you're not talking to the right people.  *Step 2: Do your homework*  Now that you know who the decision makers are, it’s time to tailor your presentation to them. Research as much as you can about not only the pain points of their organization, but also about your competitors and why your product can serve your client’s needs better. This stage of planning also includes the minutia of forms, paperwork, and pricing so that you can go into your pitch fully prepared rather than frazzled.  *Step 3: Pitch the solution you’re p
